    The Wives

What started as a couple one-off, beer-fueled jam sessions at the cheapest practice spaces they could find became legitimate projects for Thom Levin, Danny Gomez, Dmitri Potemkin, and Charlie Ambler. The band set-up might be conventional, but their chemistry and mixture of doo-wop, surf rock, punk and garage rock is definitely unique.

  • Pocket Hercules

    Pocket Hercules

From out of the friendly, middle class ghetto comes Pocket Hercules, bravely pushing no boundaries and living off his parents' money! Pocket Hercules, thundering out of the dim past in a constant search for his true identity! Pocket Hercules, cunning, ruthless, clear-eyed, and sharply dressed! Pocket Hercules is in reality River Donaghey, mild-mannered fuckup-about-town. By day, River sleeps in his girlfriend's parents' house and periodically sells pizza to drunk college students. When night falls, he dons the distinctive Patriotic garb of Pocket Hercules and sets off to spread bizarro pop music across these great lands.
